Can I customise my order?

Shipping

How long does shipping takes?

Each one of our designs is made on order and may take 2-5 days to make. Once ready, the design is dispatched and may take 2-4 days to get delivered. You can contact our team from the contact us page.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free.

Can I check the product before accepting the delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not offer open delivery, and you cannot check the product before accepting it. However, in case you do not like the product, you always can opt for an exchange.

Returns & Exchange

I want to cancel my order

All orders are eligible for cancellation and a full refund before they are dispatched. Once dispatched the order can only be exchanged.

I want to return my order and get a refund

We do not offer refunds, but you can exchange your order with something else from the website.

How do I return an item?

You can return an item and request an exchange within 7 days receipt.

Do you arrange for reverse-pickups?

Reverse pickup is applicable only for a selected set of pincodes. You can check if your pincode has this facility by contacting us. If your pincode does not have reverse pickup facility, you will have to ship it back.
