Returns & Exchanges
All designs at Peharr are hand-made on order with love and utmost attention to detail. Since they are hand-made, each design is one-of-a-kind and may differ within tolerable range from the one you see on the website. Please be mindful of this when you decide to exchange. Once you return a Peharr design, the exchange piece must be of similar or higher value or you can opt for a store credit. Eligible products can only be returned within 5 days after the delivery date.
Reverse pick-up services are chargeable and available for a set of pincodes only, please connect with our team to check if your pincode is serviceable. If your pincode does not have reverse pickup facility, you will have to ship it back.
Process of exchange
1. For exchange please drop us an email to peharr.com@gmail.com with your original order number along with details of exchange.
2. Once approved, please courier the merchandise back to us (please keep the original invoice inside the box along with a note with details of the exchange desired)
3. Our team will give you a call once we receive the courier and confirm the product change.
4. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address with no additional courier charges.
Cancellation of an order
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the item is likely already in the shipping process.
Important thing to keep in mind while sending back the product for return:
∙ All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and
undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.
∙ All items should be free of make – up or tan marks
